Ames Middle School PTO

Supporting the students and staff of AMS.

What is the PTO?

The Ames Middle School PTO (formerly Booster Club) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of volunteers that support the curricular and extra-curricular activities of students and staff at Ames Middle School. In addition, the PTO provides monetary support to teacher’s wish lists and help fund student activities.

What dos the PTO do?

The PTO works to support the middle school in many ways. We host meals for the staff during conferences, organize volunteers for school functions, supply funding for events and activities, and much more!

How do I join?

All current AMS parents, guardians, and staff members are eligible to join and vote. We hold monthly meetings every third Tuesday of the month when classes are in session. Simply showing up makes you a member! There are no membership dues.

How can I help?

Attend our meetings and share your ideas. Help shape the future of the PTO and AMS! Please also consider a monetary donation. Join our mailing list to receive information regarding PTO events and volunteer opportunities.

We need you! Many hands make light work and the AMS PTO is a great place to connect with others in the AMS community.
